Living and studying far from home can be both exciting and challenging. In this workshop, we will explore how a sense of safety – in our body, mind, and environment – can support us in coping with stress and maintaining well-being. Participants will learn simple, practical tools to help regulate stress, reconnect with their inner resources, and build a greater sense of stability and safety in everyday life.
